Our Support team is comprised of real, friendly humans! We’re dedicated to helping our podcasters and their audience alike have the best possible experience with RedCircle.
We truly do not believe that we could provide you with the same effective and fast support over the phone. This is the main reason why we don’t have a support phone number. Support through email allows us to:
- Quickly locate your account information, podcast details, and other important info so we can troubleshoot any issue you may encounter.
- Easily understand the problem. Podcasting is an entirely online venture and so is our business. We need to be able to see what you’re seeing on our website so we can provide the right guidance. Screenshots, videos, and other tools allow us to quickly understand the issue and resolve it for you.
- Keep a record of all communication with us. We love documentation! Having previous conversations, notes, etc. allows us to quickly gain context on your history with our platform and features. This ensures that we have a full understanding of your time with RedCircle, and stops us from asking you the same questions over and over again.
We’re notoriously fast in responding to any request. So, don’t be worried when reaching out!
