How to regain access to your account
Uh oh! Did you log in to your account only to be met with a “On Hold” screen?
This typically happens when the card you have on file is not able to be charged by our payment processor. Not to worry, though! There are a few things you can do to resolve the issue.
Troubleshooting Steps
Try out these troubleshooting steps first to see if they help you to regain access to your account.
1) Try a different card. Try using a different card than the one currently on file.
2) Contact your bank. Give your bank a quick call and ask that they investigate the failed charge.

If the above troubleshooting steps don’t help you resolve the problem, then definitely reach out to our Support Team for assistance!
