Did you receive an error message from Spotify when attempting to distribute your show indicating that the email address in your RSS Feed is incorrect?
This typically happens to podcasters who have transferred their show from Anchor over to RedCircle. Anchor uses a proxy email address in their RSS Feeds, so the email address appears as something like “email@example.com” instead of your email address.
There’s an easy fix to this! Just update the email address in your Podcast Settings by clicking on the three dots (...) next to the name of your podcast and selecting "Podcast Settings":
Update the Contact Email text box with your preferred email address and click Save.
And that’s it! You should now be able to verify with Spotify.
