How to Change or Cancel Your Account Plan

Step-by-step instructions for changing your plan or canceling it altogether

Change isn’t always a bad thing! We completely understand if you need to adjust your plan or cancel it altogether. This article walks you through the steps of either changing your plan to another tier or canceling it for good.

I want to upgrade

Looking to get more out of your RedCircle experience? Say no more! You can easily upgrade your plan by visiting your Account page and following these steps:

  1. Select Payment from the options near the top of the page
  2. Review the plans and then click on the red Change Plan button when you’re ready
    If you’re looking to move from a Monthly to Yearly subscription, then click the 3 dots (...) next to your current plan and click on Update Plan
  3. Review the plan and payment information before clicking the red Update Your Plan button

Note: You’ll be charged immediately upon updating. Payments are prorated if you move from one paid plan to another.

Be aware that plans are set to annual by default. Be sure to toggle the switch from “Yearly” to “Monthly” if you’d prefer a monthly plan.

All of our paid plans renew automatically, so be sure to make note of the recurring renewal date.


I want to downgrade

Want to move back to a lower tier? No problem! You can easily downgrade your plan by visiting your Account page and following these steps:

  1. Select Payment from the options near the top of the page
  2. Review the plans and then click on the red Change Plan button when you’re ready
    If you’re looking to move from a Yearly to Monthly subscription, then click the 3 dots (...) next to your current plan and click on Update Plan
  3. Review the plan and payment information before clicking the red Update Your Plan button

All of our paid plans renew automatically, so be sure to make note of the recurring renewal date.

Downgraded plans are prorated based on your previous plan.


I want to cancel

Need to cancel your plan? No worries, we can help you to cancel without issue. Start by visiting your Account page and following these steps:

  1. Select Payment from the options near the top of the page
  2. Click on Change Plan next to “RedCircle Core Plan” (or “RedCircle Original Plan” if you joined us prior to October 2021)
  3. Confirm your choice

Clicking on Change Plan immediately cancels your current plan. Your plan will end on the date you canceled it, not when it was set to renew.
