How to Update Your Information

Need to update some information on you and your show? Learn how!

There are a few places on RedCircle where you can update personal information as well as show information. This article will help you to find those places!

Update Account Information

If you need to update your email address, password, phone number, or name on the account, then you want to look for your Account page. Simply look for the Account link in the left-side menu:

You should see text boxes for your name, email address, password, and phone number on the Account page:

Be sure to click the red Save button after making the desired changes.

Update RAP Settings

If you need to update information related to RAP such as the address for product samples or social media accounts, then you need to first navigate to the Ad Platform page:

From there, click on the RAP Settings button located near the top-right side of the page:

Simply select the information you’d like to update from the left-side menu and fill in the information:

Don’t forget to click the red Save button to ensure you’ve saved your changes.
