      Redirecting From Captivate

      Everything you need to know to migrate from Captivate to RedCircle!

      Be sure to import your show before completing the redirect process.

      We've taken the time to write out the steps needed to redirect your show to make this process as painless as possible! Of course, don't hesitate to reach out to our Support team should you have any questions or run into any issues. We'd be happy to further guide you!

      1. Log in to your Captivate account

      2. Click on Podcast Settings located at the top of your dashboard

      3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Cancel Show

      4. Select the “I’m moving my podcast elsewhere” option from the list

      5. Fill out the available form and paste your RedCircle RSS Feed into the box provided for the new RSS Feed URL

      6. Click Close Show and Add 301 Redirect

      7. Navigate back to your RedCircle account and click the Verify Request button to ensure the redirect went through
