Distributing Your Podcast to Other Directories

Share your podcast on the many listening platforms around the world!

After setting up distribution for the major listening platforms, including Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and Amazon Music, you may want to add your show to the various listening apps popular all over the globe.

We’ve scoured the internet and provided step-by-step instructions for submitting your podcast to a number of popular players.

iHeartRadio

  1. Navigate to their ‘Submit a Podcast’ page

  2. Login to your iHeartRadio account or sign up for one

  3. Click on the red Add Your Podcast button

  4. Enter in your RedCircle RSS Feed and click the red Verify Podcast RSS button

  5. Review your podcast details and their Terms & Conditions

  6. Click the red Submit Podcast button

You can check the status of your submitted podcast by viewing your iHeartRadio Dashboard.

Pandora

  1. Login to the Simplecast Pandora Portal here and follow the instructions to get set up.

PocketCasts

  1. Navigate to PocketCasts ‘Submit your podcast’ page

  2. Paste your RedCircle RSS Feed into the provided text field

  3. Select whether the feed is public or private and then click the green Submit button

You should see a “Success!” message letting you know that your podcast was accepted.

TuneIn

  1. Navigate to TuneIn’s Submission page

  2. Enter in all required information on the provided form and click Send Email at the bottom

TuneIn then reviews your show.

Audacy & Listen Notes

  1. Navigate to Audacy’s Podcast Submission page

  2. Enter in all required information on the provided form and click Submit at the bottom

It may take Audacy up to 60 days to approve your show.

Podcast Addict

  1. Navigate to Podcast Addict’s Submission page

  2. Paste your RedCircle RSS Feed into the provided text field and click Submit podcast

It may take up to 24 hours for Podcast Addict to make your show available.

CastBox

  1. Navigate to Castbox’s Creator Studio (you need to sign in to your account or sign up for one to proceed)

  2. Select Claim Ownership from underneath the “Channels” section title

  3. Paste your RedCircle RSS Feed into the first text field, then enter your email address into the second text field

  4. Click the Submit button

  5. Castbox will then send you an email containing the link to verify ownership

Player FM

  1. Navigate to their Feed Import page and select Add a feed URL from the options listed

  2. Log in or sign up for an account

  3. Paste your RedCircle RSS Feed into the text field

  4. Click the Import feed button
