If you’re the Org Owner and want to make updates to your plan, see below on how to make these changes.

Note: If you’re in the RedCircle Enterprise Plan, please contact your Account Manager and they will assist you with your account.

Upgrading or Downgrading Your Plan

If you decide that a different plan is better for you, follow these steps to upgrade or downgrade your plan:

  1. Log into your RedCircle account and click Account > Payment

  2. Under your Current Plan will be a list of our other RedCircle Account Plans. Click Change Plan next to the plan you want to move to.

  3. Review the new plan’s details, add your credit card information if prompted, and click Upgrade/Downgrade Plan to confirm. Your account will update to the new plan immediately.

Updating Your Existing Plan

If you want to keep your existing plan but need to update your billing details, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your RedCircle account and click Account > Payment

  2. Click on the 3 dots ‘...’ to the right of your Current Plan then click Update Plan

  3. Edit your credit card information and/or change your plan’s billing frequency (eg from monthly to yearly or vice versa), then click Update Your Plan to confirm.
